In-Person Classes
In-person classes meet at Windows on Broadway, 401 Broadway, Highland, IL.
Important: a minimum number of in-person registrations must be met before a class will run in-person, so I need everyone to register in advance.. If the minimum is not met by one hour ahead of the class time, the class will run online only. Please check the calendar above before driving to Windows on Broadway. Or feel free to text me at 618-792-6677. Use the forms below to submit your in-person class registrations. You can register for a month's worth of dates at once, or you can complete the form weekly or one date at a time.
All in-person classes are also offered online so you can take the class live remotely when scheduled, or you can take the class later using the link to the recording of the class. The link is good for three days.

All classes are available remotely online via Zoom. You must install the Zoom ap on your phone or table or computer prior to attending class. You will be prompted to download before your first class. Zoom will release updates periodically which are important, so please update when prompted.

This is a therapeutic yoga class that will make your body feel better! Joints will be moved in their full ROM, the spine will be elongated, muscles will be stretched, and as a result you will become stronger, have better balance, breathe better and reduce your stress! Full Body Fitness Mondays at 5:30 pm
Get a great blend of cardio, strength building and flexibility training - all necessary for good and balanced health - in one class! We will use a variety of cardio options - kickboxing, step bench, and good ole' calisthenics - along with weights, stability ball, BOSU balance trainer and, my personal favorite, your own body weight! We'll mix in a little Pilates, a little yoga, and viola! Full Body Fitness! Wear athletic shoes for this one - it's not a yoga class!

This class will focus on stress management and reduction through the combination of active and restorative poses, breath work, and guided meditation. It is a trauma-sensitive class and will be appropriate for those who have experienced trauma and/or live with PTSD, anxiety, or depression.
