Saturday Yoga Strength classes are "hit or miss" right now. I'm attending or leading many weekend workshops in the YogaFit for Warriors program. I'm immersing myself in yoga for addictions and trauma and weight loss on many weekends for the remainder of 2015. Please check the calendar to make sure Saturday class is in session.
